What is in the Democrats Corona Virus Stimulus Bill?
At one thousand four hundred and thirty-two pages in length, the stimulus package dreamt up by Democrats in the US House of Representatives would seem to be the most inclusive world emergency response bill ever conceived. Since it is chalk full of pork, I felt compelled to record a special episode to explore the inner works of the Progressive mind. Stay tuned and share this episode with all your friends. The message we take away from today’s episode could very well save our country.
Welcome to a special episode of Conservatives’ Guide to American Politics. After seeing Speaker Pelosi take to the mic and use the Pope as a cudgel to draw her political point I felt compelled to record an episode that highlights the danger facing our nation. Too melodramatic? You decide.
Lets kick this off by introducing the very last section of the “Take Responsibility for Workers and Families Act”. As I explained to my wife, I skipped to the end since the beginning was surely padded with coronavirus related stuff. So here we go.
(a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall promulgate final regulations establishing emission standards for emissions of greenhouse gases from both new and in-service aircraft pursuant to section 231 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7571).
(b) SOLICITING COMMENTS.—In proposing such regulations, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall solicit comments on—

(b) FURTHER CONSOLIDATED APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2020.—Title III of division C of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116–94) is amend- ed in the matter under the heading ‘‘Department of Energy—Energy Programs—Strategic Petroleum Reserve’’ by striking ‘‘Provided, That’’ and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: ‘‘Provided, That, as authorized by section 404 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (Public Law 114–74; 42 U.S.C. 6239 note), the Secretary of Energy shall draw down and sell not to exceed a total of $450,000,000 of crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in fiscal year 2020, fiscal year 2021, or fiscal year 2022: Provided further, That the proceeds from such drawdown and sale shall be deposited into the ‘Energy Security and Infrastructure Modernization Fund’ during the fiscal year in which the sale occurs and shall be made available in such fiscal year, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses to carry out the Life Extension II project for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.’’.
(a) REPEAL.—Section 6103 of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 (47 U.S.C. 1413) is repealed.
(b) CLERICAL AMENDMENT.—The table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 6103.
Hidden In Plain Sight
This one took a little searching…I mean why would they repeal a section of the “Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012”?
Furthermore, why would they do it in the “Take Responsibility for Workers and Families Act”?
First, what is Section 6103 and what did it cover. It covered the relocation of the emergency services communications in the 470 to 512 MHz band so that the channel could be auctioned off. Why, might you ask? Simple, to help cover the costs of the “Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012”. You see, the politicians in control on congress at the time used the revenue from the sale of the communication band to help justify the expenditure of the bill.
Now, 8 years later, just months before the auction is required to begin, the politicians are working to punt it from existence…thus eliminating the income to offset costs of the 2012 Jobs bill.
There are hundreds of sections in Pelosi’s bill to save America and I could go on for hours highlighting and pontificating, but let’s try something different. Let’s play the Progressive Agenda To Destroy America Speed Round. I’ll read through another dozen or so section headlines…notes if past, these would become LAW. Then we’ll touch on how these measures might help the coronavirus pandemic.

America’s political system is that of a constitutional republic. That means we elect people to represent our interests and then restrict what they can do through the constitutional instrument. Over the last several weeks I have been highlight how the Democrats and Progressives are hell bent on changing the constitution from one that limits what the government can do to one that tells the government what to do.
Every week I highlight what the socialists in Washington are doing and we explore ways to combat their efforts. I recorded this special episode of the Conservatives’ Guide to American Politics because what happened over the weekend in Congress highlights just how deadly this battle is. Progressives are playing for keeps and no act is too far. There is no line they are not willing to cross in the name of destroying America. This weekend, because five Republican Senators were quarantined from participating, the Democrats made a big push to get their final agenda past, literally in the middle of the night. These Progressives are willing to sacrifice you and your family to get what they want. Progressives are wanting death in American streets and a total collapse of the American economic system so they can swoop in a take power.
President Regan said it best, “we are just one generation away from losing our liberties.” That generation has come of age and they are beating on the door of freedom. This November, we must all stand up and fight back at the ballot box. We must break the back of the Progressive movement once and for all.
Take note of everyone who voted no against the stimulus bill. Take note of every with their name on the house stimulus bill. And vote these SOBs out of office. Vote as if our very life depend on it.
